"A deep ruby red, this seductive Cab shows classic Cabernet Sauvignon aromas of spice and sage followed by a mix of blueberries and blackberries with fresh raspberry notes. With a nice balance of acid and well integrated tannins, this wine is smooth, supple and sleek in the mouth: it is well balanced across the palate showcasing flavors of dark fruit, currants and hints of mineral and anise. Crafted to be enjoyed upon release, this wine will also stand the test of time for those whocan wait!" - Winery

About BonAnno
Meaning "good year," Bon Anno, the Italian saying heralds the celebration of the New Year, and is a fortuitous play on Vintner Matthew Bonnano's last name.
With their first release in 2004, BonAnno Cabs are consistently fruit forward, juicy, ripe and luscious, offering tremendous value for the price - and Napa Valley name recognition.
Vintage
In 2008 Napa Valley met the challenges of a crazy weather year. Harvesting fruit with incredible concentration, which by all accounts, 2008 is showing as a low yielding, highquality vintage. 2008 is revealing wines to be very well structured, concentrated and elegant.
Vineyards
The 2008 BonAnno Cabernet Sauvignon fruit was sourced from several prime valley floor vineyards from within the Rutherford bench and St. Helena In addition there were grapes sourced from the Stags Leap District.
Winemaker
Owner/Winemaker Matt Bonanno works closely with several vineyard managers throughout the Napa Valley to insure the quality of his fruit and maximize the potential for each vintage.
